These Terms of Service govern your use of the Snack Fund website and the office snack programmes, consultations, and related services we provide in Hong Kong.

By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

Snack Fund designs, supplies, and replenishes snack programmes for workplaces. The exact scope of each engagement — including product selection, delivery schedule, pricing, and any trial period — will be confirmed in writing before service begins.

We may update product availability, packaging, or recommended selections from time to time to maintain quality and supply.

Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order or programme in writing (including email or WhatsApp).

You are responsible for providing accurate company, delivery, and contact details. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to stock, traffic, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Prices are quoted in Hong Kong dollars unless we state otherwise. Applicable charges, minimum order values, and payment terms will be set out in your quotation or service confirmation.

Invoices are payable in accordance with the agreed schedule. We reserve the right to suspend further deliveries if invoices remain unpaid after the due date.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.

All trademarks, logos, copy, and other content on this site remain the property of Snack Fund or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our prior written consent, except for reasonable personal or internal business reference.

We take care in sourcing and handling products. However, snack items are perishable and may contain allergens. Please review product information and inform us of any dietary requirements before we finalise a programme.

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Snack Fund is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised date. Ongoing programmes may also be varied or ended in line with the written agreement between you and Snack Fund.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or our services.
